Who are vendors?

Each shop on The Together Project is independent. Shop vendors are independent micro-businesses who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders. If you have questions about an item you’re interested in or a recent purchase, the vendor is the best person to ask.

Shipping

Each vendor on The Together Project is responsible for their own policies regarding shipping. Policies vary from vendor to vendor – please contact the vendor directly should you have any questions regarding shipping before you order the item.

If your vendor is using a tracked delivery service, you’ll be able to view carrier information and your order’s current location. If your item isn’t sent with tracking, you’ll be able to see the expected delivery date for your delivery on the Purchases page.

To see the shipping status of an order:

1. Sign in to The Together Project.
2. Click Contact The Vendor let them know to product you are interested in buying.
3. Fill out the form to let the vendor know that you’d like enquire about the shipping of an item.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return or exchange your order depending on the vendor’s policies. To request a return, return label, or exchange, contact the vendor. Each vendor on The Together Project is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Policies vary from vendor to vendor.

1. Sign in to The Together Project.
2. Click Purchases.
3. Click Contact The Vendor next to the order you’re interested in returning.
4. Let the vendor know that you’d like to return or exchange an item.

Vendors aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their vendor policies. If the vendor is willing to accept this return, be sure to confirm the below information through The Together Project before returning the item:

• Where you should send it.
• The time frame in which they wish to receive it.
• Who will be responsible for the cost of return postage, if not written in the vendor’s policies.
