Each shop on The Together Project is independent. Shop vendors are independent micro-businesses who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders. If you have questions about an item you’re interested in or a recent purchase, the vendor is the best person to ask.
Each vendor on The Together Project is responsible for their own policies regarding shipping. Policies vary from vendor to vendor – please contact the vendor directly should you have any questions regarding shipping before you order the item.
If your vendor is using a tracked delivery service, you’ll be able to view carrier information and your order’s current location. If your item isn’t sent with tracking, you’ll be able to see the expected delivery date for your delivery on the Purchases page.

If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return or exchange your order depending on the vendor’s policies. To request a return, return label, or exchange, contact the vendor. Each vendor on The Together Project is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Policies vary from vendor to vendor.
Vendors aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their vendor policies. If the vendor is willing to accept this return, be sure to confirm the below information through The Together Project before returning the item:
